This was a lovely, fully equipped house in an amazing neighborhood in Boulder. Walkable to Pearl Street, Campus, and many hiking trails. We loved the front yard and backyard settings for a glass of wine. Living room, dining room and kitchen were a great open set up for our multi generational family gathering. Our host Jeff responded immediately. We will most certainly be back.

Great location for all the graduation festivities and on a quiet street. Everyone loved the hot tub and outdoor wood table for family meals.

Excellent accommodations & convenient location

Luxury accommodations for large groups. All modern appliances, comfortable beds, can seat everyone at large table. Younger members of our group enjoyed the hot tub. Even a 1st floor bedroom & full bath with walk in shower for handicap senior citizen. There was nothing lacking - met our every need.

Fantastic Location & Home

We stayed at the Air Cow for a girls weekend and enjoyed everything about the house. The outdoor spaces made it hard to want to leave. Definitely a great option for a big group!

Perfect weekend in Boulder

We were in town for a wedding and this property was perfect for our group. Beautiful back yard and very spacious. Host was great and communicative. Had all the supplies you could need from shampoo to laundry detergent. Great location with walking to Pearl Street, etc.. Will be staying here on our next visit to Boulder

Everything was just perfect in this home for our family while we were in Boulder for our son’s wedding. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked and in a great location! Much attention to detail and a nice new kitchen and bathrooms and room for everyone to move and out or just relax. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying in Jeff's house! The listing is exactly as described - the house was beautifully updated and had plenty of room for all of us (10 women). It was also a convenient location and we could walk to most things. I would absolutely stay here again!

Grad school reunion

Met with some old friend in Boulder for a long weekend of hiking, fishing, and biking. Had a great time. House is fantastic and in a great location. Within walking distance to downtown and to hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Weekend in Boulder

Really enjoyed our stay at this home as it has been beautifully renovated with lots of space indoors and out. We were in Boulder for a wedding and it was great to have family over for lunch and to hang out. Location was excellent to walk up to Chataqua park or over to Pearl St. Definitely would stay there again for any events in Boulder.

The place was unusually decorated in a very tasteful way. Getting in was easy and checking out too. The place was well stocked with pillows linen and towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. The hot tub was a real plus and worked great. The Owner was very nice and helpful. Very nice home!

We were in Boulder with family to attend a graduation. This home was perfect, it is updated, well appointed and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor seating. Beds were comfortable! The location is convenient to shopping and outdoor activities. Highly recommend this rental!

Fantastic home & location in beautiful Boulder

We rented this home for our daughter’s wedding at Wedgewood Boulder Creek. It was perfect. The location and set up of the home could not have been better. The bridesmaids got ready at the house. The dining room provided the perfect spot for this to take place. Would most definitely stay here again. The hosts were responsive and helpful.
