Walkable to Table Mesa Shopping Center (world famous Neptune's Mountaineering; local restaurants, Whole Foods); Close to local trails with easy access to Pearl Street, CU, and Folsom Field. This 3-bedroom home, +dedicated office, has everything to make your Boulder vacation memorable, comfortable, and convenient. Modern and open with high-end linens, kitchen, beds, and bathrooms. We have 2- parking spaces in the driveway and plentiful front of house, street parking. Easy driving and Uber/Lyft around Boulder. Multiple bike, walking, and hiking trails within a short distance. Bus stops are less than a block away. Easy access from US-36 and 40-minutes to Denver International Airport; 35 minutes to Downtown Denver.
