“The unit was very nice and clean. The check in process was also very easy. Only thing I didn’t like was the noise coming from the unit above me. The floors and walls are thin. Should consider insulating the floor in the upstairs unit with carpet or something.”

“Me and my daughter spent a week at Evonify. The communication with the host was perfect. The appartement very clean and we had everything we needed concerning kitchen- utensils. I couldn't make the dishwasher work but handwashed the plats etc. I can recommend Evonify to other tourists if you can imagine to walk 15 min to Elizabeth station. You also have Citi Grocery nearby for food shopping. Thank you for a pleasant stay. ”

“House was really comfortable”

“Good hosts, very comfortable and cozy place. 2 TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Alexa for music. Complementary coffee, tea, sweets. I like this place.”

“The unit is amazing in size for the area. It had all of the amenities we needed and ample space for our family. The bunk beds were a bit squeaky which did cause some sleeplessness. The building is well lit and safe with several gates and monitored. The diversity of restaurants in close proximity is limited but that was an issue for us since we were in and out of the city. Overall it was a great stay despite the usual issues of being in a condo with close neighbors.”

“This apartment was exactly as pictured - a cute place that's clean and spacious for a family of four. It's in a safe part of town, just a few blocks away from a really nice area with lots of restaurants and stores. The check in process was just a bit confusing but the owner was very responsive and helpful. It would have been nice to have instructions for the stay printed out for reference, but the owner did send them at regular intervals in an app that you'll need to download for your stay.……

“The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay, a comfortable bed and excellent shower. There was a spacious sitting area which we appreciated as we were spending a fair bit of time in the apartment. The apartment is above the garages so there is a fight of stairs to climb, something to be borne in mind for guests with dodgy knees!”

“This property was decent for the price . The area outside and around the property was very dirty . Property is NOT on the water as listed in description. The place was clean but did have a lot of ants in the kitchen area. ”

“The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. The only complaint is that there……
