“Run down hotel. Cracked walls. Unrefreshend smell to the room. Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid. Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard. Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor. Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff. Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room. The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head.”

“Everything was exceptional from booking the room and the welcome from the helpful staff. The only one issue is that there is no free parking and this has to be pre booked at £15 a night. And the shuttle bus does not take you back to your carpark even in wet weather. We would definitely stay there again we are visiting Co-op Live for another concert it’s so convenient, less than 5 minutes walk.”

“Staff were nice and helpful. The layout and all set up are above standard. I didn’t know they had a new policy for the swimming pool access when I booked the room, I got a message from the hotel they only allow guests of superior room or higher to access, or you pay for extra, When we checked in the staff gave us complimentary access, I don’t know if this is special treatment or for all guests who didn’t know the changes. The swimming pool was small and also a bit crowded, they rented out one……
