“The room was amazing and the owners were extremely friendly. ”

“The check-in process was excellent, the room was clean. The TV signal kept dropping out and the shower was a little old but my biggest issue was the noise, especially between 10.30 and 2am in the morning. There were young children in the hotel running around and the room they were staying must have been above where I was staying as the thumping and noise went on until 2am. I was told by the staff that there was nothing that could be done which was disappointing to hear. Not as good as my last……

“We we're woke up early two times with cleaning trying to come in then after that someone saying the room should be empty ”

“I was appalled to find no electric outlet available for CPAP equipment near the bed! After some back and forth with the front desk, they finally agreed to locate a power strip and assist in setup as it required someone to get down on hand and knees to unplug the overhead light before plugging in power strip. I have never had such an experience! All other travel locations have had multiple outlets in the nightstand area. Big design flaw.”

“Changed our original itinerary to this hotel due to it having a pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and pool was ice cold. Shower water didn't stay hot and the way the room was set up couldn't see the TV.. Very disappointed with this hotel. Had to go all the way down to the front desk just to get ice also. Not at all what I was expecting. ”

“Parking lot was dark, room was clean, but no phone, breakfast was terrible, make your own coffee with machine, ants and bugs crawling on countertops, bread, cereal, oatmeal, fruit cups, some juice and bagels only on one morning. Outside was not appealing either. Felt abandoned. Needs updated, but not busy at all, maybe 2-3 customers....very dilapidated.”
