Detached house entirely on the ground floor. Living room (TV). Open-plan kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, espresso machine). Shower room with walk-in shower and toilet (washing machine). Bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x200, 1 extra bed 80x190), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200). Baby equipment on request. Garden furniture. Deckchairs. Barbecue. Enclosed parking. In the heart of a green valley, this small, fully renovated house is a boon for lovers of peace and quiet and the countryside. Very functional with this single-story level, the house is also bright with large windows everywhere offering unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. Franck and Isabelle, the owners who live nearby, will be happy to welcome you to this hamlet nestled in the Vire Valley. They will guide you along the numerous hiking trails, starting from the cottage, which abound in this livestock-farming area, a delight for hikers and cyclists. 3 km away, the towpath along the river will take you to the prefectural town of St-Lô, its old ramparts and its famous equestrian center. The nearby village of Condé-sur-Vire offers all the shops and services you need.

The price does not include: Charging a hybrid or electric vehicle. 1 bedroom on the ground floor, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, sheets provided, household linens available, baby equipment, enclosed grounds, single-story, internet access, garden furniture, barbecue, parking, terrace, garden, house, detached house, utilities included, optional cleaning service.

Beautiful home

The house was just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, exceptionally clean and in a great location for the wider area. A lovely enclosed garden was perfect for the kids to run around in and plenty of parking. Would highly recommend if visiting Normandie!
