Modern apartment with parking on forecourt and everything you need to enjoy your stay in Bournemouth. Just two minutes walk to the award winning gardens, 10 minutes to town centre and 15 minutes to seven miles of glorious sandy beach! Close to Westbourne also, with lovely boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Perfect for couples, business travellers, families and friends. Balcony is in a shared space. Fresh and tastefully decorated. Walk to the beach. Perfect for water-sports!

Fresh, modern apartment with everything you a need for a comfortable stay: with king-sized bed, 2 flat screen TV (one of which is a smart TV) ,a fully equipped kitchen, dining and a sofa bed for extra guests. This apartment is close to the award winning beach and gardens, the thriving town of Bournemouth and also minutes from Westbourne which has a large selection of boutique and individual shops in addition to plenty of places to eat, drink and relax.

You have access to the whole apartment and also the garage should you need to use the laundry facilities or lock your bike away.
