Room very dated and smelt like an old people’s home. Couldn’t open the windows. However it was spotlessly clean and the bedding & towels good. The staff weren’t around on arrival & a cleaner tried to check me in. There was a wedding party so guess that might have been why but not great service. On check out a similar scenario- no one at reception & a man just said you’ll have to wait for receptionist to return. I had several messages from the hotel telling me I would need to pay for parking. Expedia website said parking was included. I didn’t say anything and wasn’t asked directly to pay. Location is great

Great Hotel, Great location. Friendly Staff very welcoming and polite. The only down side was thw room was like a furnace. Air Con is definatley needed especially on thw hotest weekend of the year. 33 degrees!!

Outstanding doesn’t do hotel Miramar credit. It’s wonderful I went away a single mum with my 2yr old son and they made my stay so easy. Nothing was too much trouble! Just wonderful I can’t thank you enough the staff are so attentive and loving towards my son. Thank you

The view from my bedroom window/balcony, was beautiful. The meals in the hotel restaurant were also good. The downsides, however, were: the shower was over the bath, ( no separate cubical, there was nowhere to hang the towel after the shower: ie: no heated towel rail: no dressing gown and slippers in the bedroom. These basic amemities have always been in 4* hotels that I have personally stayed in during my working life.

Nostalgia on Bournemouth sea front

Beautiful nostalgic hotel overlooking the sea. Very quiet and relaxing, good service and immaculate room, clean and bright. Would definitely stay again if looking for a peaceful stay.

Very nice hotel is a great location which is accessible to anywhere you would want to go. Pleasantly surprised about how good the hotel was and all the amenities. Hotel staff were absolutely great, especially front desk very welcoming!. Would definitely stay again for next Bournemouth visits, bit of a classic British hotel feel.
