“They gave our room away upon arrival and put us in a room with only one bed when we needed two beds, the room they put us in, had no working toilet and told us that they did not have an on-site maintenance staff to come and fix it or an available room to move us to, and the air-conditioning in our room was broken. The only thing good about this day was the front desk woman was sweet as can be! ”

“The staff are rude and unhelpful. The door to the room was not working properly. The light would go on but the door would not open. We reported this multiple times and all the manager did was reprogram the card total of 6 times. The property is run down and was being worked on poorly during the visit. The pool was drained and not available as advertised. The wallpaper was being painted over so the halls smelled of paint and there were handwritten signs saying we apologize for the wet paint. The……

“We arrived at the hotel and noticed that the hotel’s lobby area was being renovated. Big Boxed furniture was being brought into the property while we were attempting to exit the property on March 27, 2026. We had a terrible drainage issue with the sink and the tub in our hotel room. Very dissatisfied with this establishment. ”

Reasons: Cleanliness： The bedsheets were filthy, covered in stains, and hadn't even been properly fitted — the exposed parts of the mattress were covered in black grime.
