"The bed was very hard and the mattress slid around on the frame. The blanket had cigarette burns in it and it was a non smoking room. We were on the first floor and there was a large crack window in the room. No breakfast at all. Neighbors in the same hall were fighting in the hallway till 3 am. Not enough outlets. No storage for clothes. Pillows were too soft and very small. "

"Front desk person was extremely rude. Left early due to a leak in the ceiling. Offered to move my room but then i asked for a refund he said i would have to talk to expedite but didnt say he was unwilling too. Left instead of switching & tried to get a refund for the days i didn’t stay. Expedia said its up to the hotel & called he said i won't give him a refund & i told him that & offered to accommodate the room due to the leak & supposedly i chose to leave. Maybe be direct about your intention & not rude & stingy Would not recommend this place. "

"I requested housekeeping. Replenishing all that it needs. Doing all that you have to do to make it beautiful again.'"

"The only aspects of this stay that weren't a disappointment were the actual check-in and check-out. I don't believe I had clean linens, since I found several pink hairs in the sheets. The shower did not build enough water pressure, and the shower drain backed up almost immediately. I know there was a huge snow storm in the area recently, but it did not appear that they performed adequate snow removal."

"The apartment was even nicer than we expected - very well furnished and with beautiful architectural details. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were so many thoughtful extras included that I can't even list them all. It is clear that a lot of thought went into anticipating what visitors might possibly need - everything from puzzles and games, to umbrellas, even some snacks. (Also, the host was very responsive when I had questions prior to booking.) A great experience all around!"

"An absolute gem of a b and b?! The staff and food were top notch! A truly must for anyone wanting to step into the past or just wanted something special or unique!! Wish my wife and I could haved stay longer?! Thank you again edgewood manor for a wonderful stay!!!"
