"The hotel was really good for the price, but I had a few complaints. 1. The TV in the room has built in Chromecast, but the instructions are no good. It tells you the wifi network to be on to connect to the Chromecast, but that network isn't an available option to sign your phone or other device onto. 2. The TV in the room appears to have a volume limiter set on it which I couldn't change. I understand why they would do this to keep you from disturbing other guests, but I was trying to watch a movie and some of the speaking scenes were so quiet I couldn't hear what they were saying even at the max volume limit the hotel set. That was extremely annoying! Just let guests use their own judgement with volume and if it's an issue for other guests then your staff can deal with it then. 3. I was visiting from Canada and I had a show I was watching through Netflix, but it was only available on the Canadian Netflix. I thought I'll just use a VPN right? Wrong, the hotel has put some sort of security on their wifi to prevent the use of VPNs. It seems like they just really want to control guests entertainment. I wasn't very impressed about that. 4. It was really nice to have the option to have a free breakfast and there were several options for food. The only problem is most of it didn't taste all that great."

"The breakfast was prepared in small batches, gone in minutes. Front desk staff isn’t friendly and lacking in customer service. BEWARE of hidden fees, don’t use room phone or be charged. $15 per night to park on hotel premises. Room service is provided after 3rd day of stay. "

"Property is under renovation. Our group had an old room and an updated room. Both were great! Comfy beds, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel breakfast was better than most, including pork tacos! Large rooms with bunk beds are wonderful…teenage boys don’t like sharing beds, so bunks in a hotel room is so great so we don’t have to pay for an additional room. "

"-The staff were friendly but had computer issues and took over 30 minutes to get me checked in to my room. There was also a language barrier. -No one answered the phone at the front desk prior to arrival. I had questions on my way there and no one to answer. - I had a hard time opening the door to my room with the key card. -The bed was very uncomfortable. -overall, I would not choose to come back. But we needed a place to stay and it was definitely better than nothing. "

"Super dirty, from the lobby to the elevator to the rooms. Thins were not taken care of and run down. The staff was super nice but the facility itself was gross. "

"Better breakfast than most: There were fresh buttermilk biscuits; the yogurt was Chobani, there was ketchup and hot sauce at every table instead of the horrible-tasting salsa sachets. Staff polite and friendly. The bathroom sink did not drain. Unfortunately, we did not find out until the evening, when hotel couldn’t send maintenance staff, and left the next morning before that staff came in. Staff offered to change the room when we called at 9 pm, but that is exceedingly inconvenient. Hotels should check drainage in sink and tub BEFORE checking guests into those rooms. The shampoo squeeze bottle was empty; staff replaced it, but didn’t take the tab off to start the flow. We didn’t know. As a result, we had full, but unusable to us, shampoo. The hotel should have taken the tabs off, or informed the customer verbally of via a sign in the room. These things marred our stay at an otherwise nice hotel."

"Room was clean, but shower head was separating from wall and towel shelf above toilet was leaning at an angle. I did appreciate the large size of the room, multiple sinks and plenty of outlets. Included a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable and we could not hear any guests. TV uses DirecTV; bring your own firestick or roku if you want to watch netflix or other app-based services. Location was perfect for our needs. Grounds were clean. Parking was tight, I don't know what was going on during this time but this place was packed, which is a good sign. Check in was quick and staff were amazing. The only two things I feel could use improvement are the indoor pool room which reeks of chlorine -- multiple guests were coughing. There is not sufficient ventilation in here for that. & the breakfast, which was included in the price of our stay. The juices were very watered down and come out of a soda fountain style dispenser. Eggs are powdered and the sausage didn't look very appetizing. Yogurt was non-fat or low fat it didn't have much flavor at all. The best part would be the waffle if you can fight several families off, getting a bagel, or cereal. Overall, I think we would have been better off leaving the property for breakfast BUT it is decent enough if you're trying to save money on your trip. "
