This is the worst property to stay at the owner is RUDE and he will steal your money. His workers are kids they will go through and steal personal items. The room I was in had bugs smushed inside of the TV and in the bathroom. Also his smoking rooms feel like they had bedbugs….you will be itching all night!

Not a bad property. I just didn't like when I was getting ready to ask for an iron they tried to call their self charging me $20 because I booked it online. Never heard of such a thing where they try to charge you $20 and I said something and then luckily I didn't have to pay. They said they had to check how the room looked and basically making sure I didn't break nothing which I didn't it I was the only one in the hotel room no one else n it was the only one decently priced for me for one night because everything in Bowling Green was booked or why too high uggh but o well!

Alright for the cost

I booked using one of those discount sites and wasn't disappointed. Check-in was easy and when I told the clerk I had two new knees he gave me a handicapped room on the first floor. I got in the room and it was already at a comfortable level. There was a micro fridge, hair drier and normal toiletries, no coffee, although there was coffee in the lobby. There was WiFi and cable. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. There was a continental breakfast in the morning.

Glad it was cheap

We booked a non smoking room room smelled like smoke and burn holes in comforters and ash tray on table shower had long hair in it and cleaning rag on shower rod room was outdated in appearance breakfast they offered was every limited glad it was included ran out of french vanilla creamer they a 2 slices of white bread for toast and offer mini blueberry muffins that came in a 2 pack they cut the package open left package on it wasnt very professional or showed that they cared just my opinion

Make a few changes please.

Usually we enjoy our stay. We stay here all the time, if it's not available we change our plans. However, I'm not sure if there's new management, but it went from no incidental to 20 in cash, to 50 in cash. We asked for the 1st floor and they said they were sold out but we were the only ones there for 2 days... literally the only cars except ours was the workers. I'm a choice member and usually i can get a noon checkout, with this stay the agent was dead set on 30 minutes. We just went ahead and left at checkout. When it was time for towels, we gave them the dirty ones and the guy gave us a floor mat and a bath towel. We'll stay again because we do like it. But they might need to add the incidental charge changes on the website. Retrain housekeeping. And lose the attitude when something is questioned. When i questioned the incidental charge recent change, i was told if i didn't like it i could stay somewhere else. I just wanted to know why it keeps changing, i didn't have a problem paying, but i was short because of the unexpected change. Kindness goes a long way.
