“A beautifully kept house in a great location. The beds are nice as is everything in the house. You will not be disappointed. It's a great place for friends or guests to stay if they are visiting you in the area.”

“Great property in serene setting. Everything you need to connect with nature was ready - bicycles, fire pit, multiple decks and sliders. Host was great. Booklet at property explained everything and host had fresh flowers waiting. Was told to treat it like my own home and we did. Friidge had cold water, freezer had ice, and cupboards had snacks waiting. Easy process. Safe. Clean.”

“Visiting for a baseball tournament and the stay exceeded expectations. The home is clean, well-stocked, and spacious. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to all messages before and during our stay.”

“This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. We had a group of 7 friends and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together and have their own spaces. The backyard is large amd secluded. The beds were extremely comfortable.”

“This is a lovely property that the owners are working on. It has a lot of charm and interest. The kitchen is adequate but not all that well stocked with cooking utensils. The layout is a bit awkward in the whole house. The bar/dining room feels a bit of a waste and they don't want anyone having food or beverage in the most comfortable sitting room. Understandable, but there was not much of another place to really relax and chat with a cup of coffee. Another element was that there was a lingering……

“From beginning to end the host was very communicative and helpful, especially parking (which can be tricky). The location is perfect for exploring all Pheonixville has to offer. My family and I stayed for a weekend and was able to walk to the restaurants, stores, and breweries on the main strip. The house was clean and modernized to create the perfect weekend stay.”

“Our trip was canceled last minute by Alaska Airlines due to the whole 9MAX fiasco. They were unable to rebook our flights in a timely manner so we were unable to make our trip. The host was so gracious and gave us a full refund for our stay with them. Our daughter is attending college in the area so we will be trying to make another trip down in the future. We will most definitely try to book with these amazing hosts again!!”

“House is very close to Reeves Park which was great for our kids. Very spacious for the five of us, 3 adults and 2 kids. Nice touches like charging stations in each room and lights throughout the house when it’s dark. Will definitely stay again!”
