“Alpine Ranch is wonderful! Clean, quiet, peaceful, everything you could want is provided. Very cozy, comfortable retreat. Lots of birds in a beautiful oak grove, best place for a morning coffee. Excellent location for exploring wine country. We had a wonderful time - definitely coming back. Caroline is an awesome host! Always quick replies, great recommendations, very knowledgeable. Ron is great. Only complaint is that we had to leave! Thank you again for such a great place.”

“The stay was lovely. The grounds are beautiful, and it was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway with the girls. My friends described it as tranquil, beautiful, and peaceful. The only criticism is that the pool was not swimmable. The pool cover broke and so there was so much debris that accumulated on the surface and floor of the pool that it appeared like stagnate water. The manager after-the-fact mentioned that the pool was cleaned the day before arrival, but conditions were such that it……

“We had a terrific time at Melissa's place in St. Helena. First of all, it's just perfectly located to the town. It's on a quiet street, but yet a short walk to the main drag where all the beautiful shops are etc. Plus easy access by car to the great restaurants nearby and the wine tasting. The home is perfect for several couples (we were three) - all had our own spacious bedrooms. We had the master with an ensuite large bath, and the other two shared a large bathroom. The listing is very accurate and the house is well maintained and clean. The owners gave us a booklet of where everything was located in the house and included things to do in St. Helena with restaurant and grocery store recommendations which was invaluable.
