The staff is lovely and they try really hard to provide great service and cleanliness. It was nice to be able to walk to Bayswater Station and Paddington Station. The property itself does need some upgrades and remodeling to make it more comfortable.

It feels like home away from home. The neighborhood has a cozy atmosphere, and very convenient for travelers like us.

Location was really nice. The outside looks much prettier than inside. Has a Malaysian restaurant inside, and the cooking smell came into the rooms all the time. Laundry service good price and good service.
