Condo with Lake Charlevoix Views | Private Beach Access | Gas-Log Fireplace

Suite 314 is a totally renovated and tastefully decorated third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full-size oven, under-cabinet refrigerator, and beverage refrigerator. This unit has a brand new built-in seating area around the dining table. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas log fireplace, and a 55" flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a Euro shower and two separate vanities. The upstairs also offers yet another spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Stunning location!

I had the best stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the most amazing view. It is at the best location if you want to walk around to local shops or restaurants and only 30 minutes away from Walloon, Petoskey, etc. for more wineries and restaurants. Communication and the check-in and out process was very smooth and simple. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be staying again!

Perfect Spot, Beautiful Setting

This lake shore condo was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to stay while skiing/boarding at Boyne Mountain. Would definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again on future trips!

I really enjoyed everything the condo was a 15 and the staff was phenomenal ❤️But I didn’t like that there wasn’t any Taxi cabs,Uber,or Lyft if you need a ride it’s only Chauffeur service that starts at $70 a ride even if you’re only going five blocks

Great spot for weekend at Boyne Mountain

My husband and two boys (8 &11) like to stay closer to the restaurants of Boyne City while skiing/snowboarding in Boyne Falls. This unit was PERFECT. Super cute and incredibly clean. Plus, you can not be closer to bars/restaurants. The king bed was very comfortable. The boys report that the hideaway was good ( although they are kids, I am not sure I could have slept on it). Overall super happy and will definitely rent again.

Overall... the community was great. The condo was ok. All furniture is so worn out it's uncomfortable. Our reservation said 4 people and we only had 2 towels. No sheets for the sleeper sofa. It took 12 minutes for hot water to arrive to our shower.

Weekend stay

My fiancé and I stayed here for our weekend in boyne to ski with family and friends. Location was great! Restaurants in very close proximity and only a 10 mins drive to the mountain. The condo was very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend for a getaway.

Our family had a wonderful stay. We have previously stayed in this complex, but this unit is definitely well appointed with lots of updates. The lakefront view is amazing; the shared areas in the property are clean and well maintained. We had a great time and cannot wait to go back. Definitely book this spot!

Great location to Boyne Mt. Resort. Made it a perfect location to get away from the hustle of the Mt. but still close enough to enjoy the skiing. Walking Distance to dining and shopping. Look forward to another visit sooner then later.

Walking distance to everything, and a view of the water.

Lovely, updated condo with bedroom and bathroom upstairs from living and kitchen. Furniture is comfortable with a huge couch and lounging sofa. The kitchen and bathroom are new and modern. The refrigerator/freezer is built into the base cabinets, so it is not full size, but adequate for our needs. The bathroom has his and hers sinks on opposite sides of the large glass enclosed shower. This s a top floor unit, so the view of the lake/marina is spectacular. It's just a five minute walk, if that, to three different restaurants/bars and one bar with vintage arcade games, pool, etc. If you walk another five minutes there are at least five more places to eat or cocktail. Shopping is the same. Just a five or ten minute walk. The grocery store is about a mile away, so walk or drive, that's up to you. We have stayed in this particular unit a few times as it is one of then more recently renovated and has a comfortable couch. I really can't imagine anyone being disappointed with choosing this condo. We plan to visit again. p.s. the keyless entry to the property and the separate one to the condo are a nice feature, as is the availability of laundry facilities.
