“The room was clean and cozy. Pool area is amazing. We watched the sunrise over the ocean from the pool area. We will definitely come back again…”

“My husband & I had a fun & relaxing 1 month stay at the luxury condo & the surrounding area. The building was quiet, clean & well maintained. The condo itself was clean & well stocked with all the essentials we needed. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Our host was welcoming, responsive & courteous. Theres an outdoor rooftop pool thats a very relaxing area just to sit & enjoy the sunshine while taking in the view. There was some construction going on with some early morning noise, but not too……

“Our stay was incredible! Quick staycation for us, but the place was perfect. The pool area was very enjoyable, apartment is clean and stocked with everything you’d need. Beautifully decorated and communication with host was great. Would definitely stay again.”

“Good communication with the host very accommodating, location close to Atlantic Ave, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Older complex unit had some updates bathroom needs some work.”

“It was good to find a place that accepted our 2 dogs, as we had to evacuate our home due to hurricane Milton. ”

“Great location. within walking distance to shops and the tennis venue.”

“All good!”

“Perfect location, one block from the beach, right by lots of bars and restaurants without there being any noise. Property was clean and facilities were great. Shower didn’t have very good water pressure, but that is the only issue. Rooftop pool was very clean and quiet with lots of space to sit. One parking spot per room so there was no worries about getting a space”

“Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better. This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. It was clean. The shower is top notch (if you're comfortable showering in front of anyone staying with you). The courtyard is lovely. The neighborhood is great, walked to the park several times while in town. I did not use any of the kitchen amenities, so I can't speak to that. There was a……

“This is an affordable place to stay with a pet. Positives were the place was clean and quiet. As cute as it was remodeled , it still had the disadvantages of an older property such as low water pressure, door sticking and window ACs. We enjoy our short stay and it met our needs.”

“Great location walking distance to everything and a parking spot at the unit.”

“I arrived and didn’t feel safe at this place. I was under the impression it was a house and instead it was a condo shared with multiple people. When we arrived there were people in the backyard smoking. When we walked in the house it smelt of marijuana. We immediately contacted the owner saying we couldn’t stay there and we didn’t feel safe. He said he understood and would refund us the money. Yet here I am a week later fighting with VRBO because the owner is saying he will not refund us the……

“The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things……

“I thought I already wrote this review but maybe it wasn't saved?! We have been coming to Delray for 30 years and typically stay right off of Atlantic on the Intercoastal. For reasons out of our control, we were unable to stay there this year. We tried to find a place within walking distance of this property, affordable and dog friendly. It was not easy to find b/c Delray is expensive. This property is one mile walk from where we have been in the past which is why we selected it from afar-and it……

“Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was exactly as pictured—beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The layout made great use of the space, and the location couldn't have been better. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy. The room itself was cool, bright, airy, and somehow still felt incredibly cozy. The bed was so comfortable, and the bedding was some of the best we've slept in while traveling.Everything about our stay exceeded our……
