Guests have private access to the entire home

Garage parking may be restricted during your stay if so complimentary valet available and or parking in the church lot across the street
$100 fee for loss or damage of key fob

Cameras around all interior and exterior common areas within Casa Costa building on and recording 24/7 monitored by Casa Costa. No cameras inside the interior of the unit.
Early check in and late check out are $50 charge each if available and set up atleast 24hrs in advance. Early check in times between 12-1pm late check out between 2-3pm any additional time will have to be additional day charge.

Due to ongoing construction casa costa is doing to the building the exterior facade the attached in room balcony could be closed until further notice.

There is potential for noise during construction as well during business hours Monday-Friday
