The hotel is two minutes from Hwy11 and one minute from major stores. The downtown of Bracebridge is a short ride down the road. Tru hotel is a beautiful new modern hotel with all the amenities such as a pool, gym, conference room. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and kept very clean. Best hotel we've stayed in for a long time.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff was friendly, location was close to everything and overall it was fine. I have to note however that the beds were very uncomfortable. Sagging and non supportive. I’ve stayed at different Hilton & Hilton family locations and one of the things you can usually count on is a comfortable mattress. Sadly this was not the case. So much so, that I barely slept the entire two night we were here.
