The hotel was average. The staff were friendly but couldn't help with a ouple of requests. In a rainy place as guam, the hotel didn't have umbrellas to lend to guests. We needed a knife, even when there's a restaurant at the hotel, we were told "we don't carry those".

Beach lounge chairs need to be replaced. Cushions of seating in restaurants need to be cleaned or replaced. Very stained. Overall a great place with an amazing staff.
