Great place to stay, if back in Roma will stay there again!

Beautiful hotel with top notch service.

My overall experience can be characterized as satisfactory; however, several factors contributed to my impression. Despite paying over two thousand dollars for gold poolside access, my accommodation did not include essential amenities such as a refrigerator, a dresser or a microwave. While the bed was quite comfortable, it was excessively low to the floor and fell short of providing basic necessities. I was informed that breakfast would be included in my stay; however, this was not the case, and I had to purchase my own breakfast on-site. Furthermore, I found the access to the rooftop lounge to be unsatisfactory. As a guest of the hotel, it is reasonable to expect easy access to the rooftop area without any additional barriers. It is unacceptable to require guests, who are already registered at the hotel, to stand outside in order to receive a stamp for re-entry to a space within the hotel where they are currently staying. In summary, while my experience was manageable, it did not justify the expense incurred, although I did derive some enjoyment during my stay.

Their phone hasn't worked so I couldn't call down to the desk. Also they claimed that they never received payment from Expedia so everyone who registered that way had to give them a credit card again even if we paid in full already. I got the payment taken off, but not sure if they were trying to scam us
