Very excellent stay! My family and children enjoyed the lovely stay. Room was very clean, check-in was very smooth, service very good, breakfast improved from the last time we came. Wait long time when check in, and during check in time only 2 checks in counter open and 1 more counter to open after the check in Q long.
The teaspoon in the room the clean properly. The toilet bowl water leaking noon stop after flushing..
My husband and I stayed at the St. Regis for my birthday weekend and I cannot say enough about how lovely it was! Our room rate didn’t include breakfast but they threw it in for free (and it’s great!). The butler service is a very nice personal touch and made sure our requested cocktails were sent up to the room exactly as scheduled. They also included delicious complimentary chocolate birthday cake! Well worth it if you’re celebrating a special day!
I've stayed at the St Regis property before and it was an excellent experience. This time it appears the hotel is still struggling to recover from the Covid shut down period as staff we're not as well trained and familiar with the St Regis level of service - request for an airport transfer not booked, request to confirm a late check-in not confirmed, 90 minutes to have an iron delivered to the room, and staffing at breakfast appeared very stretched. And the interiors of the hotel room levels certainly looking tired. I'm guessing another six months before the property returns to its usual exceptional level of service.
