“The property was recently renovated and the check in staff could not be more helpful and kind. It was literal steps from the beach, maybe a one minute walk. Beautiful place to stay, very close to many good eats. Loved this resort and will definitely return.”

“I was happy with the location at the first but unfortunately try to reach out to front desk the phone never was answered, I wanted to make a surprise for my husband but it was impossible. The bathroom drain was clogged and the AC was malfunctioning. The bed frame was in front of the TV very difficult to watch TV, the sofa was dirty same as the blue decorative sheet you guys have on top of the bed it had a blood stain. “we had a cockroach in our room running around, didnt get to kill it. The noise from the neighboring room was soooo loud, we heard everything. we thought our room had a pool in the area, turns out we had to go somewhere else.”

“Everything was good, only suggestion would be a microwave oven, would be helpful.”

“The hotel was well worth the money to have free access to the beach including lounge chairs and umbrellas. They also provided free beach towels, but they were not full size ones. The staff was super friendly. The only very minor issue was if they are going to provide hard boiled eggs they should be peeled already as there’s no where to do that by the breakfast area. ”

“Be aware of $25 a night parking fee. Only thing I disliked about property. Also be aware of bill from Expedia. It had resort fees on there but further down stated resorts fees were due at property. Ended up paying $300 extra I between resort fees and parking. Book spa well before visiting. They had nothing available once I was there. Staff was great, pool was good and restaurants were great as well”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”
