「Owner called one week before our arrival date to cancel. Her explanation was that her furniture wasn't being delivered on time. She also said the property was damaged by last year's hurricane and it took longer than expected to repair. She had no explanation as to why she had the property listed when it wasn't ready for occupancy. She did issue a full refund but we still ended up paying more the another property and needed to pay for additional cancelation insurance.」

「This a such a cute property, pretty spot and well equiped and super clean. It was a quick 2 min walk to the beach or the bay and has quiete streets I felt comfortable walking on alone day or night. The trolly stop is just at the end of the street.There is lots of construction in the area as properties are still recovering from devistating hurricanes 2 years ago, but it wasnt disruptive at all. Gound out on the lazt day that there are two pools on the property. Are they for private unit use? Or...

「We had a great stay. The spa and pool are beautiful and the outdoor space is great for relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the space was great for 2 adults and 2 teens but could have easily slept 2 more. Great location to Bradenton beach…just a couple of easy blocks. The beach is really nice and the house has everything you need - wagon, chairs, umbrella and sand toys. Also very close to the free trolley stop. I hope to come back to AMI in the future and would definitely stay here again. 」
