My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. It was in walking distance to Bridge Street, restaurants, shopping and the beach. The pool and rooms were clean and they provided fresh beach towels everyday.

great location, super fun beachy area. Very walkable to dining, shopping, beach. Dedicated free parking was great as street parking was limited. Cute condo, it was a tight fit for the 4 of us, but we made it work. The property was clean and welcoming. Everything was super and we want to come back!

The rooms were very modern and clean. The air conditioner worked almost too good! Pelican Post is very centrally located and close to tons of things including a short walk to the beach. The water pressure in the shower was (shockingly) too hard, but everything was really great! We would stay again.

The room was perfect for what we needed, very clean, cute and was situated right by all the lovely locations we usually like to go visit. The heated pool was a nice plus and we loved the corn hole they had right outside. The location was very inviting! Can’t wait to visit again.

I wish there had been an easy place to store our luggage on the property after we had to check out. We had to leave our luggage at the pool area, hide it behind pool chairs and cover with a towel hoping nobody would steal it while we explored our last day. Fortunately, it remained safe.

Great location. One block from beach, restaurants and pier. Communal pool was a bonus. Not sure if enough shade/sunbeds during busy periods? Saying that we had no issues. Would have liked the picture in the bathroom to be replaced with shelving/cabinet as very tight in there. Bed/pillows was fantastic.

Nice staff, however, they should allow an early check in if the room is ready. We were traveling for 3 hours and wanted to accommodate and go to the beach. They only let us in at 3. They only let us park the car. The house keeper was very helpful and nice.

Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Way too much money for what it’s worth. The room was very small there was no ice at all on the property. It was hard to communicate with anyone to get extra towels or clean towels. Also someone popped in the pool and it took them all day to clean it and when they did clean it they didn’t add chemicals to the pool to sanitize it. I can see now why this is a one star hotel

The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool.

Wished the house keeper. Cleaned better, after she came, trash was still on floor by trash can. Never refilled toilet paper. The glasses do not seem like they were washed. There was juice or something in them. But not sure type of house keeping we.were to get so maybe this was the normal situation
