「we had a cockroach in our room running around, didnt get to kill it. The noise from the neighboring room was soooo loud, we heard everything. we thought our room had a pool in the area, turns out we had to go somewhere else.」

「The property was recently renovated and the check in staff could not be more helpful and kind. It was literal steps from the beach, maybe a one minute walk. Beautiful place to stay, very close to many good eats. Loved this resort and will definitely return.」

「I was happy with the location at the first but unfortunately try to reach out to front desk the phone never was answered, I wanted to make a surprise for my husband but it was impossible. The bathroom drain was clogged and the AC was malfunctioning. The bed frame was in front of the TV very difficult to watch TV, the sofa was dirty same as the blue decorative sheet you guys have on top of the bed it had a blood stain. 「The hotel was well worth the money to have free access to the beach including lounge chairs and umbrellas. They also provided free beach towels, but they were not full size ones. The staff was super friendly. The only very minor issue was if they are going to provide hard boiled eggs they should be peeled already as there’s no where to do that by the breakfast area. 」

「Amazing property. Extremely clean, everything felt brand new. The beach club is the best part of the stay! Very relaxing, quiet place to stay. The staff greeted us every time we left in the morning and when we would come back later in the day. I especially appreciated that the elevators had a nice security touch and you cannot click your room floor unless you scan your guest key card. Loved that! Highly recommend this property.」

We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」
