“Was bitten by spider in the room, 3 times, needs better pest control”

“Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel was conveniently located near everything we want to see and close to shopping and restaurants. Staff could have been a little more friendly but check in went smoothly. Breakfast was limited buy sufficient. I would stay here again.”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“The room was nice, I was kind of disappointed that they advertised the room having a couch outside but we got a metal table instead. The pool was nice and refreshing and the staff at the bar were nice and accommodating. The room was nice but there were no drawers or to put our clothes except a shelf so we were living out of suitcases the entire time. The hotel staff, however, was hard to get ahold of. I would try calling the front desk with a question, because we had to call them to turn off……

“The place itself was nice. I love old style boutique hotels. No complaints on the hotel itself. My only complaint is from the Expedia site. The pictures on the site leads you to believe that some of the rooms have kitchens that don’t actually have kitchens. The standard rooms don’t have kitchens.”

“The only good thing is that it is close to the beach, the staf was not waiting for 30 minutes for super dirty bedroom to appear, a floor full of sand and sheets and towels stained disgusting does not cost what I pay.”
