"Our room was clean - staff members were hospitable - HVAC worked well."

"Room was dirty. Shower head came off the wall in an Ada room that there is no way that it wasn’t known. When brought up to the front desk they were more perturbed and unconcerned. Asked for manager to call me and they took down number but never received a call. "

"Yes it was really clean and safe and the staff was amazing I’m going to be back for sure my next time .it was nice and easy to get everywhere thank you!!"

"The room smelled so strongly of disinfectant that I could not stay there. I felt like they were trying to cover up a worse smell. We tried airing out the room but nothing helped and then I got an asthma attack from it. The bed had clearly been slept in and the covers just pulled up. The door was open when we arrived--we were a little scared to go in. When we shut the door, the gaps on the top, bottom and sides were large enough that we could see outside--which means someone could see INside! After about 15 minutes we decided to cut our losses and hightailed it out of there. Truly a nightmare!"

"Overall, we found the hotel to be cute. The staff was very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The decor was contemporary and funky unfortunately, they have one sliding door that either doubles as the shower door or the bathroom door so you can’t use both at the same time and have privacy in both rooms. Also, the way the mirror is positioned you can actually see someone showering from the master bedroom. There’s also the vanity sink is in the master bedroom itself so if someone is sleeping and someone else wants to use the vanity they cannot do it without disturbing the other guest. There were exposed outlets with no outlet plates on our balcony and wires exposed hanging out of the ceiling, which can’t be safe and certainly is unsightly. The breakfast buffet was all junk food- like waffles, cereal, bagels. There was no fruit so if you’re hoping for healthy breakfast options, it’s not the best. Overall, I feel like it was good value for the price, but they definitely need to do a little cleanup and attention to detail. I would still definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. I just hope they read this review and make those adjustments. "

"Geoff is very conscientious and keeps the house and yard well kept. Love the back deck, gazebo and plants. Things have grown since we were here 4 years ago! "

"If you’re looking to rest, this is not the hotel for you. Lots of banging that started extremely early in the morning and continued through out the day, ending around 11pm. The housekeeping team hung out on the floor starting at 7am, talking loudly, finishing mid afternoon. Bring your own multiplugs or extension cords as our room only contained two. I wasn’t thrilled with our stay and will choose differently in the future. "
