"Jennifer was quick with communications and the location of the home was great. We really enjoyed our time with friends at AMI, but would expect the house to be in better condition for the price point of the rental. Most issues were minor and did not detract from our stay too much. Some issues were - wine/bev fridges not functioning properly, sliding door falling apart and hard to operate, misc plumbing fixtures issues, limited food storage and lacking some cooking accessories in kitchen. Maybe the biggest inconvenience was the hot tub controller - it did not function properly and instructions for it were obsolete. Jennifer was able to remotely activate heat for us, but we felt bad bothering her."
