「I had such a wonderful experience at Bali Hai! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The staff was amazing, always friendly and welcoming. Everywhere I went, I could see the team working hard maintaining the grounds, keeping everything spotless, and making sure guests were comfortable.
