“Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. View was amazing! Beach was perfect!”

“Our stay was excellent. Nice and clean and plenty of room however it doesn’t have a beach view, but the beach is a very short, easy walk. Staff was extra nice, especially Margaret.”

“Yes host was very nice. The room advertised for Suite 253A was not at all the actual 253A that I stayed in. It was very dreary, no comforter, old dingy brown furniture, hospital quality blankets. A very dark, unhappy feel. The room deserves a refresh to match the amazing location!”

“We had a great time. Room was clean but a little small. We thought we would have an ocean view but did not. I’m not complaining though. Just a few short steps and the beach was right there. The host was very friendly, we misplaced one of our keys and she just gave us another one and told us to bring it back when you can, no hurry. There was not much of a kitchen so you couldn’t cook a meal. ”

“The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.”

“The previous reviews I read about this place were spot on; it’s a great location but there is late night bar and street noise to deal with as you are right on ocean boulevard and atop riptide pizza place and a newer taco restaurant and bar. The Apartment was/is clean and up to date with furniture and fixtures. The Kitchen is well supplied. Big bonus points for providing quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs and large beach umbrella. Parking spot #3 is very tight but manageable if you have a……

“Wonderful host. Neat and tidy room. Nice bed and bath. Perfect for solo traveler or couple. Convenient to both SRQ and LWR. Great communication with hosts. Refrigerator needs repair and there’s no light inside the fence, so it’s very dark entering at night. Easy fixes. This place was perfect in every other way for this business trip.”

“We absolutely loved this place!! Perfect for two people and the property was amazing. We loved the pool after hitting the beach all day. The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach and free transportation right on the corner. The property was beautiful and well kept. The pool area, grill, beach chairs and little areas to sit was great. We enjoyed the small patio outside our suite to eat breakfast in the morning. Lovely property and would definitely stay again. ”
