"Those staying here should know there's a popular bar about a half block away. Loud, live, sing-along music is sometimes happening all day long. Since the front door of the room we stayed in shows daylight around it, we could hear every word of every song. Pool looked inviting but was full of tatted-up twenty somethings loudly boozing it up. "

"The location of this property is one of the best in the area we choose to stay in AMI. This is our 2nd time at this property the previous being under a different owner pre hurricanes. The reconstruction and amenities improvement are good. The current host is one of the reasons we have chosen to book it again."

"The house was nice & the host was very timely with answers when I had questions & gave very thorough instructions on everything in the house, on the area & getting around, which was very appreciated. But it was still alittle confusing (probably just us) trying to actually drive up the lane to the house. We needed to ignore our gps at the end of the road & not turn but just go a few feet more to the very end, like you’re almost going to go off of the sea wall then turn down right in front of it & the house is down at the very end. It seems very tight between the sea wall & other cottages but we had room with our Chevy Impala to get thru, park & unload right in front of the place. Then we were able to back up & turned around in the neighboring drive to go out forward, like the host stated. Everything was clean & comfortable & luckily they provided a few heaters because there wasn’t a furnace & 2 of the 3 nights we were there the temp dropped way down & it was freezing. Also it was close to so much & if it hadn’t been so cold we could’ve walk a lot. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The house with the double balconies had an excellent view! The location is great and in walking distance to great restaurants. We loved that we were texted that we could check in early that was lovely. The ease of check in and check out was fantastic. "

"Place was very nice, but the major downer was we had no refrigerator for over 72 hours in the kitchen. Worked with the company managing the place, ashing to be compensated for this inconvenience multiple times with no response. Contacted the owner, and again no response. This unit is very nice, but expensive and we should have been compensated. "

"Everything was great other than the washing machine downstairs was not functioning and the dryer upstairs was missing the vent cover. It was clean and the perfect spot for the beach and walking distance to shopping and eateries. "
