Immaculate 3 bedroom villa: updated amenities on the Prestigious IMG Golf Course

Keyless Entry; Quiet and Private all updated fully furnished highly maintained 3 bedroom 3 full bath 2 car garage. This property is on the IMG golf course. The lanai is enclosed and you can watch live golf all day.
1 dog is allowed but house rules must be followed ( these are the same rules owner used).
3 smart TVs and downstairs bedroom can be used as an office and bedroom.
New roof, New Hurricane Impact Windows
Gorgeous lighted patio with Grill great for entertaining.
This house is so ZEN that you just won’t want to leave.
Beautiful throughout.
Community Pool is across the street and key to enter is provided.
