Nearby Beach, and More!

Beautiful views, 8 minutes from free public beach, quiet community, on site pool and splash pad, grilled steaks on gas grill outside. Overall highly recommended, and a great deal.

Felt very comfortable our entire stay.

SeaBreeze is a wonderful rental company! I will return to the Anna Maria Island area and book via SeaBreeze again in the future. They were very accommodating when we need to adjust our timeline, and we felt that the value we received for the money spent was fair. This cannot be said of most places. We had zero issues with our rental property and we felt very comfortable our entire stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our time here was amazing. From checkin to checkout. The Condo was beautiful, clean and had absolutely 💯 of everything we needed. We had 6 adults and a child staying here and never had any issues with space. The grounds the pool and common areas are all so nice I cannot wait to return. AMI is a beautiful place with quaint restaurants, shops and stunning beachs. Definitely did not disappoint!!!

Gorgeous condo

Property just as described. High end furnishings and appliances. Very well stocked kitchen. My only complaint is that the blind in MB was broken. It was complained about by a prior guest over 2 months prior to my stay and still not fixed. Also cleaning crew could use some coaching. The only clean what can be seen. Not under beds and furniture. It wasn’t dirty but not clean by my standards. No vacuum available for me to clean my way. The white sheets had stains that I could not get out. Love the little extras provided like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish soaps etc. Great vacation overall. Wish there was a hot tub.

Great beach weather, great sunsets, fun times!

Property was new, beachy condo - very well supplied! Will mention 3 things - remote control darkening shades in master bedroom we’re broken with two large windows completely covered and one uncovered - all the time. This was reported and we were told a part was ordered!? Common sense says - that especially for a rental unit - you just get pull up shades. As it was - the 2 down shades blocked the beautiful bay view for the whole vacation and the one open window on the end let the morning light in at the crack of dawn! #2 The condo complex has a lovely, small pool BUT it’s deepest part is 5’ and it’s in total sun so… by this time in July the pool is warm - definitely not refreshing on a hot day. We spent our time at the beach and at a friend’s pool. Probably the pool temperature would be just fine in the winter. Lastly, the 3 plants on the screened deck were dead or dying! Not attractive. Get rid of them or make sure the cleaning crew waters them - they obviously hadn’t had a drop in weeks! Doesn’t work in Florida. We did water them but they were beyond help. 😟. We enjoyed our stay - always love the beach at AMI!
