Great Location and pool

Great location close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Private pool and backyard area are perfect after spending the day at the beach.

Wonderful place for the family

Loved our stay here! Very comfortable beds and fantastic communication with property owners! Lots of pool toys and games, and plenty of towels!

Great place! Better than advertised and Trysten was wonderful to work with. We had a great time and would definitely like rent this same house again, next time we come to this area.The only thing I’d add is more clocks. One in the bedroom, one in the living room, and one out by the pool would be nice, but other than that… all was excellent!

Vacation/dad

We were to have left early but my dad got sick. We stayed here to be close to beach and hospital. The property was perfect for us. Thanks to the host for our extended stay!!!

Not exacty luxury

The location was great as we were just visiting my mother. Her home is under renovation so we always book a VRBO. The house is very updated. Very colorful with different color paint everywhere. Only 2 ceiling fans in the home so I purchased some because the home was warm.Drafty window and doors, old painted cabinets with paint chips missing. Some close some didnt. The pool was nice but could use a good cleaning. The sliding glass door doesnt shut correctly leaving a good size gap for creatures to get in.Bathrooms are way outdated with mauve everywhere in one and the old yellow in the other. Musty smell lingered throughout. I would stay again but NOT for the price I paid.

Nice home with great pool. Quiet neighborhood.

15-20 minutes from many restaurants and the beach on Anna Marie Island. Older home but clean and nice. New paint. Pool is awesome and is screened in. Was great to have when we had so much wind every day at the beach. Fun pool basketball. Game room with 1vs1 basketball also. 3 nice bedrooms..the beds were large and comfortable. Lots of room. Had 6 chairs and nice umbrella. Neighborhood was so nice and quiet. We walked/ran each morning and felt safe. Walmart 8 min away. Would stay at again for sure. thanks

The property was clean and spacious. Upon arrival, the water in the pool had a greenish tint, possibly due to algae. I contacted the property manager who had the pool cleaned / serviced at the end of the next day, the second day of my stay. Flooring near the refrigerator was loose but not broken and I noted this in a conversation with the manager. No action taken on this. By the third or fourth day of my stay, I realized that the lock on the sliding patio door (back door of the house) was not working. His maintenance worker came to repair it but after about a day, it was no longer working. A backup pin locking mechanism also failed. I found a piece of wood in the garage to use as a door jamb in place of the lock. It seemed that the owner / manager had not adequately prepared for my stay by inspecting the pool and the security of the house. I don't want to spend my vacation time addressing maintenance issues. It would have been nice to park my car in the garage but it appears that the garage door opener was not working. The lawn and landscape could have used some attention. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Easy access to businesses on Cortez Rd or Manatee Ave. I generally enjoyed my stay.
