“Clean, comfortable, excellent host.”

“We were very happy with this rental. It was roomy, decorated nicely and clean. It was supplied well with coffee makers, pots and pans, etc which made our stay very comfortable. The manager responded quickly when we had a question. The location was perfect, great little cafe across the street, a wonderful bakery just a few feet from our building's entrance, and a variety of other businesses close by. We heartily recommend this rental.”

“The studio apartment was very clean and in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. The beds mattress could have been of higher quality. However this is not enough to turn me away from renting this place again.”

When we arrived we were greeted by Ann a team member who was very gracious and just a nice person. She gave us helpful hints of all the local sights we should see on our visit. “My main reason for picking this property was its closeness to the airport, however, it turned out to be a little too far from Acadia national park. It was new and clean, however, people walking upstairs, transmitted noise significantly through the ceiling. And although I did not contact the manager for help, the thermostat did not work.”

“Flew in from Cincinnati for a class. Instructions for checking in were spot on. Location was fun. It's right in the center of everything. Has everything we needed after outdoor wilderness classes or a night out at any of the local pubs and restaurants; laundry, fridge with ice and water on the door, comfy furniture, and wonderful shower. Will keep this on top of my list if I'm ever back in Bangor.”

“The inside of the apartment was clean and there were plenty of blankets and toiletries. The outside looks like it used to be a Chinese restaurant. Everything was adequate except for the water pressure in the shower. Pressure was very low.”

“This was a great place for me to rest my head while exploring the surrounding area, including Acadia which is just about 20 miles away. The space has a great area for some lounging, a cute kitchen, and comfortable bed. The host was responsive within minutes to every question I had, and even left fresh local veggies, eggs and coffee. Great place. I would happily return if in the area again!”

“Our stay was wonderful! Amy went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and give us the lay of the land. We mostly used the home as our home base but would love to come back and spend time relaxing on the lake. The house was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Can’t beat this setting if you want peace and quiet in the Maine woods. You won’t regret spending time in this gem!”

“The property was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. The views of the sunrises were beautiful and everything was very peaceful and enjoyable. Perfect distance from a grocery store and several restaurant choices as well as convenience stores and gas stations. The owners responded immediately to any question I had. I would recommend anyone traveling to the area to consider staying here you will not regret your choice.”

“The place was extremely clean with plenty of supplies including lots of linens and kitchen tools. We had a rainy weekend and had to stay in a lot but it was very comfortable even with 4 women and the occasional visitors.”
