「Overall good accommodations. We had concerns over past reviews about the bed being broken. Contacted them prior to arriving and they made a point to say this was addressed and someone would go make sure everything chexkout out before we arrived. While I appreciate this attemp it was not resolved. We got a message asking if everything was good after arriving. I sent pictures and status of the bed and a few othe things to them after check in but no reply. The bed has a crack in the rail and...

「Made 3 reservations to cover 10 nights. Marriott DID NOT link reservations so my family was forced to change rooms two times. Leave pool, 100 degrees temps, to move clothes, luggage, food, frozen , and beach toys TWICE. All family members upset. Vacation RUINED!!!!!」

「This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.」

「Great beach. Many pools. Very spacious bedrooms, living room and full kitchen. Large bathrooms. Lots of activities. Would have liked a restaurant on property for breakfast. Marriott needs to spend a few more bucks on toilet paper (not a joke).」

「Everything was amazing! Beautiful property- tons to do - easy access to beach and pool- lots of chairs. Only issue was the AC in our room did not work well. We set it to 65° and lowest it ever got was 73°. Maintenance came twice- but the AC never improved. Front staff said it was because we were in the sun, but our room was second floor and in the shade from noon on. Didn’t make any sense.」
