“The staff are the asset here - very helpful and friendly. Downstairs is a very classic look which is nice. The room allocated was worn out and past its prime. Really not value for money. If you need to be in centre of town prime location but dont expect much from the room, unless I just got unlucky with a bad one stuck at back overlooking Tower Centre delivery entrance. Hot stuffy room even with windows open. ”

“Staff were fantastic! The breakfast was really good, amazing choices and lovely local food as well. Very clean room and hotel, always smelled nice. A lovely touch was that if you forgot your toothpaste or toiletry item, they were supplied complimentary. The bed and bed linen and pillows were all very clean and comfortable.”

“Room was lovely had what you need.
It was quite cold but the weather was appalling therefore no fault of the room but I did get up at 3am and have to override the thermostat to put the radiator on. I would suggest thicker better quality towels for a 5 star rating but overall. Friendly helpful staff and spotless. Would come again and recommend to friends. ”

“Great parking, loads of spaces available, check in was good, really pleasant and professional gentleman on the desk. Room was lovely, really spacious with big bathroom and wardrobe area separate. Unfortunately the food really let the hotel down, breakfast was poor and dinner wasn’t much better. I’d stay again but room only and eat elsewhere. ”
