Nice house - needs a deep clean and update
Over all the house is nice but there is several factors that seriously it down.Cleaning - It needs a thorough deep clean. The bbq is filthy, outdoor kitchen area is covered in a layer of dirt. Kitchen cutlery was dirty, glasses the same. Toaster was rotten and the oven grill was dirty. Washing machine stank of mould and even after running it on a hygiene cycle twice it still stank! Hot tub has a layer of dirt in the bottom. Cannot be hygienic You open the windows and the trims and ledges are covered in dirt and dead bugs. Pest issue - 3 dead birds on patio when we arrived, ants all over the floors and the house and garden constantly swarming in flies. In the morning the kitchen worktops and floor is just covered in them. Kitchen utensils- 3 small baking dishes 1 of which is so old the non stick is literally peeling off, makes it very difficult to cook for more then a couple of people, cutlery is very old and miss matched. Small freezer with broken drawers. Garden - aside from the cleaning issues- the pool only has 4 sun loungers (for a house advertised as sleeping 15!) and a small old corner sofa with no cushions just scatter type that don’t fit and are not comfortable. There’s a swing set which you are told not to use that’s covered in bird poo. Nothing more enjoyable than trying to stop children playing on a set designed for them ( if it’s not meant to be there then remove it!)Front room tv will not work, tried several times
