The listing was perfect. The condo was newly remodeled. The two TVs were really nice and use of the fitness facility/indoor pool was a big plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Roark . These units are all new and fresh. Elevator was convenient for upper units . Kitchen area is fully stocked . Bathtub/ shower combo was all new. The laundry is near the elevator and you must bring laundry pods for towels etc. The TV’s look like 65 inch . I loved the new flooring , and no carpeted areas . Very clean! The only items we missed were a luggage cart at the elevator area and a luggage stand in the unit . This place is very convenient for any direction you want to travel around town. We will be back. Thanks David for your hospitality !

Unit was very clean and had what we needed. Check-in at the fitness center across the parking lot to get pool pass was a little confusing but I believe that was due to the person checking us in. The pool was out of service the day we arrived which we weren’t aware of, but was repaired and working the following day. Even though it was indoor and heated it wasn’t very warm. Pool area was clean and it was a nice amenity to have access to. We were told at check-in we could use the gyms pool towels but when we arrived to swim a different person at desk said we were not allowed to use them and made us walk all the way back to the building and unit in our swimsuits in the cold and all we had to use was our towels in the unit to use to shower. I would recommend bringing your own pool towels. Owners were quick to respond with the couple questions we had and helpful. Great location if your wanting to spend time downtown and at the Landing. Unit was very quiet, we didn’t hear any other guests which was nice. Overall great property and would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
