Ladies Retreat

This property was just perfect for our Ladies Retreat weekend. We had a group of 33 ladies and we were all so comfortable. We had everything we needed. Great communication with owners. If you are looking for a house big enough to house lots of people…this is it. Great location to town as well. Would love to have our next retreat here.

It was amazing. The views were gorgeous . The house was spacious and set up perfect. We barely saw the kids, they had so much fun in the bunk room and game area. Perfect location 10-15 mins from everything you need or want to do. Owners were very accommodating and answered us immediately on anything we needed.

Wedding Party Weekend

We hosted our daughter’s wedding party at this beautiful house. Everyone had their own suite and there was plenty of room so it did not feel crowded. Some enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit while others sat on their private balconies, and others enjoyed gathering in the kitchen and huge dining area. The beds were comfortable, suites spacious. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place.

Family Reunion

This home was great for our family reunion. The property is ideal for large get togethers, where everyone has their own space, and the common areas are large enough to cook, dine, play games, and relax together. The area is stunning and plenty of opportunities in the surrounding area for hiking, boating, shopping, and dining. The outdoor pool was closed unfortunately, but the indoor pool was a great space for everone to enjoy. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed compared to other VRBOs we've stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house was stocked with all the essentials. We are all hoping to make it back again.

Family Fun 2025

We loved it here. It was just as it was stated in the listing. There is room galore here. We had more than enough room for our large group of 25 (including children and 2 dogs). We wanted for nothing, as the house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, and it was so nice to have a private bathroom for each of the bedrooms, a bonus was that each of the upstairs bedrooms had their own private balcony as well. We enjoyed the Swim/Spa. The water views were nice. There are many activities available to do in the area that are no more than 15-20 minutes away, if not closer. This has been one of our favorite place so far, as our family has been gathering at Branson for the last 3-4 year. Our host even contacted me to welcome us to the area, and provided us with a number to call or text if anything was needed. Highly recommend Heritage House!!!!!!

Best family reunion home ever!!

We stayed here for family wedding over 4th of July weekend. It exceeded our expectations! It was wonderful to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was amazing! It was extremely well stocked (even has an instant pot!) and plenty of room for prepping and serving. Nice that everyone could sit down together to eat. Appreciated having 2 dishwashers. Could be adding dirty dishes to one while the other was cleaning a load. There was more than enough refriferator space and the ice maker meant we never ran out! Lots of different gathering spaces. The view was wonderful! Only a very short walk to community pool with a great slide, which the kids loved. It was great to have 10 parking spaces right out the front door. The hot tub cover had a lock, but we called the number listed and immediately got the code. Only possible negative is no half bath on the first floor for when guests came because of wedding. We had a concern upon check-in but it was immediately remedied when we notified them. Would highly recommend!

Christmas Vacation

My parents are both 73. My dad has Alzheimer’s and is declining but still knows who we are. We took a vacation with the WHOLE family. 3 girls with spouses and the grandchildren….8. Two 21 year olds, one 19, two 17, one 15, one 12 and one 11. Plenty of room to spread out. The house obviously holds much more but the kids took over the lower level and had a blast. My parents and sister with bad knees stayed on the main level. My other sister and I with spouses stayed upstairs with 2 rooms to spare. The kitchen was huge and we made a lot of meals in the house. Which is easier than eating out with 15 people. We went to Silver Dollar City and the Christmas lights were amazing and the kids rode the rides. Ferris wheel, Alpine slide, escape room, laser tag, go carts, mini golf and we could’ve done more but the kids had fun hanging at the house playing games. My dad took a spot in the family room with the recliner and tv. The fireplace was awesome! The whole area looks brand new and I would love to return in the summer to enjoy the lake. The views were amazing and sunsets were beautiful. I can’t say enough good things!!!!! It was a trip to be remembered forever!!

If you have a large group/family gathering this is the place to stay. Everyone has their own space but also a place for everyone to be together. It was very welcoming home not just a house to stay at. It provided our family reunion with all the cooking ware and utensils for over 50 people. I t made it easy when preparing meals. Perfect Reunion House

Heritage Retreat was the perfect location for our week long family reunion. There were 26 of us and plenty of spacious bedrooms with their own bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked and the separate ice machine was a big bonus. The location is close to many wonderful attractions and the pools were great. The hosts were wonderful to work with and they quickly responded to any questions. It was definitely one of our best reunions!
