We enjoyed our stay. A great deal and close to everything. Only wish it listed it is upstairs but it worked out.

The stay was great! Very clean, easy check in and out! The only downfall was parking! There was never parking, we would have to park and walk a few units down.

Nice 3 bedroom stay

Very nice and clean condo. Lots of games, good layout. Plenty of comfortable furniture. Great for a large family stay. Little light on some kitchen items but overall good. Only downside is that the balcony view is of a rock wall.

Great stay over New Years

The property was clean and looked just like pictured. Communication was good and the whole process was easy. The listing has limited info but the hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. A starter supply of just about anything you'd need is provided.

Spacious condo rental for family!

This is a spacious condo rental is in a quiet location close to all Branson has to offer. This unit was very clean and nicely decorated! Great for a family!

Close to SDC

So this is a 3BD/2BR updated condo. It was close to both the strip and Silver Dollar City so perfect for us! It is an upstairs one flight unit which is not in the listing and may help someone else’s decision on which unit to rent. Kitchen was very clean with up to date appliances and finishes. Definitely need a trip to the store for essentials to cook or eat. No salt/pepper, no cookie sheets, or baking pans so these would need to be picked up like disposable for the stay; we expected this as description says to take an inventory of what is there prior to cooking etc. A very few cleanliness things where noted such as shower curtain liners need replaced and a few chairs need some TLC. But nothing that required contacting the management. Air conditioning worked great!! Overall we highly recommend staying here we are 3 adults (mom,dad, grandmother) two teenagers (17,14) and two children (6,7) for future renters reference.

Cute, but dirty

The location is perfect. Close enough to the action so you aren't driving forever, but out enough to be very quiet & peaceful. Easy check-in with keypad code. Communication was a bit confusing as I was receiving texts from a couple different representatives from the property management group. The decor was very attractive. The beds were comfortable. Overall all a good place to stay....IF you don't care about cleanliness. We were very disappointed in how dirty the entire place was. Deep cleaning obviously does not get done ever. There was dirty silverware, pans with crusted on food that were in the cabinet without being washed, the floors throughout were dirty to the naked eye, the sofa and loveseat were full of trash & dirt under the cushions, spots on the rugs, blood spots on the sheets, snot spots on the pillow shams, trash on the floors in the closets & under chairs, boogers stuck on the walls of the bunk room, dining table chair cushions were very stained, food stains and filth on the walls & floorboards. We had to sweep the floors shortly after arriving and call for clean sheets. When the person brought the sheets, they didn't knock or ring the bell- they just walked right in! We could not use the towel rack in one of the bathrooms because it would fall off the wall as soon as it was touched, the Keurig didn't work, the toaster was broken and didn't work, there was supposed to be starter items provided, but we had no trash bags or coffee filters.
