Second queen bedroom, and the third has bunk beds with a twin bed on top, full bed on the bottom, next to another full bathroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa queen size. Large living room has large flat screen HD SMART TV, blue ray/dvd player, electric fireplace, with open dining room plus full stove, refrigerator, microwave kitchen with plates, silverware, pots and pans to cook if you want, as well as coffee maker and many of the small appliances and implements you have at home.

We have outdoor games and a basketball game in the garage, and a private porch out back you can play a game of corn hole, us our propane gas BBQ grill and enjoy life! Lots of room for everyone!!

Check in time is 4pm or later. Check out time is 10am or earlier.

It's peace of mind! :-) Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”.
