We stayed at Birds Eye view for a weekend! It had everything we needed and was also very clean! The view is beautiful! It was just far enough away from everything that it was quite and very relaxing! Beds were very comfortable! The family loved the pool and hot tub and play ground! Wish we could have stayed longer! And would love to go back

The home was very nice, beautiful view and very clean. Blender didn't work along with big coffee pot needed a muffin pan. The whole process of checking in and departing was very easy. Total of 3 houses were rented for family reunion all very different and worked out great for our needs.

It was an all around great experience! We had a hard time with finding the house on GPS and the rent Branson was in constant contact with me the whole time, even texting me to make sure we made it okay and checking in to see if we needed anything. House was awesome, nice, clean and new with all the accommodations we could have asked for.

Nice neighborhood with beautiful views. The house was nice and new and nicely decorated. They need to rethink their cleaning crew though. Our bed sheets were dirty and there was a gross stain on the comforter and the baseboards looked like they haven't been cleaned in some time. There were dead spiders by the stairs and in bathrooms and if they had just cleaned, those should have been swept up. Overall a good experience after I washed my own covers and sheets so I could use them.

We had a great time and really enjoyed Bird's Eye View. We come to Branson 4 to 5 times a year and we will only use Rent Branson when booking our stay. They are easy to work with and are always eager to assist us. Every home we have had the pleasure to stay in has been clean, well-stocked and we have plenty of room. We are a 3-generation family of 7. We love being on the lake, going to Silver Dollar City, Top of the Rock, The Landing and taking advantage of everything Branson has to offer. We have already booked for a trip in June and we are making plans for a September visit. Of course, we will be using Rent Branson. In our opinion Rent Branson is absolutely the BEST.

Every was fine till we couldn't find a broom or dust pan to sweep the floors. this is the first time . that I have stayed in a place that I have rented and nothing to sweep with. I'been renting for over 20 years Cabins . Also had to buy a Swiffer and cleaner. Because the floors were so filthy our socks looked like we were in a coal mine.

I took my 4 teens each w/ a +1 to Branson for the 1st time. Not only was Branson such an unexpected beautiful surprise w/ so many fun things to do but the house we stayed at literally MADE the vacation. Let me start by saying the house felt HUGE!! We live in a 5,000+ sq ft home so i was prepared to feel squished especially since we was a group of 10 but the house is so spaced out and perfectly decorated that I felt like we had even more space than usual. I just cannot say enough good things about the "The Birds Eye View"!!!! The bathrooms had more towels than we even needed & the sample soaps was a nice bonus. The beds were super comfy and had more bedding and pillows than we would ever need as well as extras in the closet. The kitchen was well stocked & i was prepared to go buy necessary soaps & trash bags but we was provided with all we needed & trust me we went through the dish soap, dishwasher pods & trash bags!! I cooked atleast 2 meals a day for 10 people & had plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils that i was never lacking so that was super awesome! The laundry room was well stocked with soap so we didnt need anything there either. Now let me get to my favorite part, the outdoors spaces! 2 balconies w/ enough space on each one for all 10 of us to eat meals & socialize on with the most beautiful view day or night! I think the majority of our time was spent outside on the balconies when we wasnt out exploring. We will be back!

Birds Eye view was perfect! The house was very clean and decorated so cute for Christmas! We loved every minute of our stay there. The communication with the staff was excellent and we had no problems or complaints. Would definitely stay there again!

This property was just as beautifully decorated, organized, and clean as it looks in the pictures. There is plenty of room to gather as a family together in the same room, but also lots of space to get away for some peace and quiet as well...all within the same house! The service is great! I failed to bring a hair dryer to me and didn't see one in any of the bathrooms within the house. I reached out to the property manager and they brought me one the very next morning. The only down side of the trip was there is only one basketball court and one pickleball court. Our girls wanted to play several different times on multiple different days, but each time everything was always full. Probably more of a result of only having a couple of days where it didn't rain the entire week we were there. Everyone wanted to enjoy the outdoor facilities! I highly recommend this property and their staff.

Overall, Bird's Eye View was a great home to stay in. The only issue that I had with this home is that you could hear every move that was made from the floors above. There was no sleeping in because you could hear every noise. If someone was walking around on the floor above, you knew it. :( Also, we had a hand towel hanger fall off of the wall, as well as a towel hanger. The grounds crew was contacted, so I'm sure those issues will be resolved for the next visitor. You can't beat the view that this home provides, though. We would stay here again. I would just like to have something that would buffer the noise.
