The on-site restaurant/Bar is also located in the clubhouse. We invite you to take in the fun, comfort and peacefulness of staying at this excellent location!

Other Things to Note:
**This property requires the ability to climb stairs. There are 2 flights and may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
**No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.

**Minimum booking age is 21.

**The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.
