Wonderful, clean, spacious

The stay was perfect for our group. No steps to enter the garage or house or downstairs bedroom. Perfectly clean and tidy. Plenty of room for our large group. Nice kitchen. Beautiful neighborhood and wonderful amenities. The host was perfect, very responsive.

Family Vacation

It was wonderful. First ever BNB and didnt know exactly how it would be but I'm glad I chose to go here instead of a hotel. It was clean. Had everything you need like if you were at home. Will be going back.

Beautiful, cozy, quiet area. Everyone, especially the golfers were friendly, very interacive with the kids. Area is just far enough away from the tourist area and traffic but close enough to everything. Pools, hot tub, kids play area were clean and well kept. Communication with Grand Welcome management was fast, quick to help in anyway.

It was a nice property but cleanliness was an issue. We had ants in the unit, mold on the shower curtains and the bath jets and drains were not clean.

The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The only negative was that the outside door in the utility room did not lock. The deadbolt was missing the bolt. The doorknob lock did not lock. It was very disturbing for us 4 ladies. The host offered to send someone to fix it the next day. I told them I have it blocked (my inner MacGyver) so no one could open the door. So very nice place but verify the door has been fixed to lock.

Please read all reviews before booking this place!!! This place is infested with ants!! And I mean infested! I have pictures and video to prove. The owners literally act like they don’t know about it and make it sound like you didn’t alert them soon enough to get any kind of compensation!! We alerted them the very next morning, right when we noticed. They offered to leave a can of ant spray, but then noticed we were leaving the next day and then didn’t. We were all disgusted! I know ants are around, but it’s infested and gross! Just AWFUL!

Pro’s: The property and location are very nice. We enjoyed the area and convenience to adventures in Branson. Con’s: There were no hangers in any closet. We actually found one under the bed while packing to leave. The upstairs bedroom door sticks badly and made quite the noise to open in the wee hours. The house sleeps a good number of people but the cookware wasn’t adequate for a crowd. Only small sauce pan provided. We lost a good dollar amount of food to the extreme ant infestation unfortunately I took video not realizing you can’t place video in this review, screenshots of the video don’t tell the story. They made no apologies or compensation, they did offer to come spray or leave a can of spray, but the damage was done. The place was somewhat cleaned but not vacuumed upon our arrival.
