“I booked a "Deluxe Suite" at this hotel. They put me in a substantially lower quality room (without mentioning the difference). When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. They then refused to refund my reservation, and Orbitz likewise refused to refund my reservation. So everyone should know that if the hotel doesn't deliver what it promised,……

“Mycket hjälpsam personal. Ett underbart vackert nyrenoverat hotell med fantastiskt fin frukost. Välfungerande rum, förutom att täckena är alltför tjocka och i kombination med 23 gr på rummet blev sömnen dålig. Värmereglaget reagerade inte på sänkning. Bra att fönstret kunde vara öppet och att vi hade var sitt täcke, ”

“Casa Gotica Residence is a beautifully restored property inside of a lovely old building located right on Republic Street in Brasov old town. Location could not be better! Close walking distance to all of the major sites. Staff nailed the check-in process. I’m not normally a fan of places that don’t have a permanently staffed front desk, but they sent a couple of easy to follow videos that made all the difference. Highly recommended!”

“The accommodation was very nice, comfortable, clean, modern and pleasant. Two free beers in the fridge, coffee and water free as welome presents. The 1000 steep steps (partly stairs) up from the town required a bit of fitness though.”
