“Facility needs more improvement”

“Staff were friendly especially house keeping. It was a bit of a walk to Disneyland with our baby. Continental breakfast but the selection was limited and I was unable to feed my baby from the items there as there were limited healthy options he could eat aside from the hard boiled eggs and bananas. There were waffles, bagels, donuts, toast, coffee, yogurt, bananas, apples, and juice great options just not for our needs. Parking was good, easy in and out of the parking structure.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights and the housekeeping was only done once, so I am not satisfied because we rented two large rooms and there were 4 people in each room. They should change the bath towels every day. The bed sheets were only changed once.”

“Floors in room was filthy, key lock barely worked. Bathroom door is not correct so It doesn’t full close, other patrons and freeway. Hear everything outside your room. There for two nights and no housekeeping even though that is part of their ad. Breakfast is a waste of $7. Packaged muffins, waffle maker no syrup!”
