Ski Weekend

Enjoyed an excellent ski weekend at this home. Less than a five minute walk from the slopes! Can’t recommend enough. Might be coming back even!

Distance from Peak 8

Great property and very nice hot tub! The advertisement of being located 100 yards from Peak 8 is my only issue. This property is closer to 800 yards.

This Place was awesome!!

My family had a great time at Sleep Fox! This place is gorgeous and perfect for a family getaway. Thinking about a renting it for a guys mountain golf trip. Easy to get to and great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Wonderful House and Perfect Location

Four couples and a few children enjoyed our stay! The house is wonderful and has plenty of room. It is located close enough to Peak 8 for a short walk. We will be back!

Lovely home near Peak 8

Wonderful house, beautifully decorated, including all the amenities you could ask for. All en-suite bed/bathrooms. Very convenient for a large family. Hot tub and fire pit, which were fun at night. Very quick walk to Peak 8 and all the activities there. Perfect spot for a family reunion.

Beautiful House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. There were a couple of minor issues that needed attention during our stay and they were resolved quickly by the property management company. Would absolutely recommend this house for families.

Sleepy Fox--Best Breck House Ever!!

Our family of 6 and three friends stayed at Sleepy Fox. The house is amazing in every way from the lay out, size, decor, amenities, cleanliness and location. We had the perfect week enjoying everything in Breckenridge and simply cooking and relaxing in this wonderful house. We are for sure booking again next year.

Big enough for 11 adults!

Hour five adult children and partners joined my husband and me for our birthday celebration. It was a terrific location, beautiful accommodations, and amazing weather. We cooked in several nights, went out a few, and generally enjoyed the area very much. We brought our own games as there were mostly children's games at the house. The pinball machine got a lot of use also!

Heaven on Peak 8

Magnificent property that combines luxury and convenience like no other. Beautiful open floor plan, with large bedrooms, creates a cozy environment with plenty of room to entertain or space to relax. Located right next to the base of Peak 8 made getting to the slopes a breeze. The perfect get-away spot for our family vacation!

Amazing ski home

Truly wonderful home, one of the most comfortable and stylish rentals you will find. Great proximity to the lifts, so it’s ideal for a ski getaway. Well equipped kitchen, and all the amenities you could want. Great communication with the most makes the check in and check out a breeze. The pictures really don’t capture how nice this home is. So spacious it fit our group of 8 easily. We will definitely be back.

Incredible property, great hosts!!

We stayed here for a guys trip/retreat. The hot tub was a big hit at the end of the ski/ snowmobiling days. We loved the kitchen and hired a chef to prepare us dinner one night. It worked out really well. We had a few questions and the host replied to questions immediately. I cannot recommend this property enough. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautiful home with an easy access to peak 8

Home was very well organized and had all of the winter amenities. Home was truly 100 yards away and made the ski trip lot more fun and accessible. Home was stocked with more than enough towels along other items. The management team had the snow removed from the driveway and made it lot safer. We will always remember the snow covered Christmas trip in this beautiful Breck home. Thank you Hannah from 5 diamond lodging.

Family vacation

Sleepy Fox is an excellent property. There are plenty of rooms for 10 of us, including a 2-year-old and a 1 year old. The house is immaculate and well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a pinball machine (Guardian of the Galaxy) and a shuffle board located in the basement. Hot tub and a fire pit were a big hit with our family-s'more every night. The location was excellent. We walked to peak 8 with no problem with 2 little ones. Over all, it was a great place to stay. Home away from home and would come back.

Amazing property!

Wow, this house is perfect in every way. We had 9 people ages 13 to 82 and everyone loved the house and all of its features. The individual thermostats came in handy so nobody was fighting over the temperature. We loved the fireplaces and the game room. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working correctly but they compensated us for not being able to use it which was very nice. I high,y recommend this house, and we plan to return!

Five Star Property

Very well appointed home. Very tasteful decor and bedding. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Walk to slopes is a bit of a hike, but we discovered trail to ski back in on our last day. We had 11 adults and could all easily sit in great room and hang out. Home actually has 8 full baths. Mud room is awesome for leaving all your ski gear. Snowed a lot and each morning a crew arrived to clear snow away. Would definitely return to this home!

Enjoy your stay in this beautiful home just be aware that they are watching you not only on the front door Ring Camera but on other cameras as well. We were informed by the property manager that they were watching us on camera while using the hot tub. Who knows how many other camera they had through out the property?

One of thee most beautiful houses I’ve ever stayed in!

This property has it ALL! From steps to the base of the mountain to accommodations for the entire family! Ours kids didn’t want to leave and after the kids fell asleep the adults didn’t want to leave either! The downstairs basement has so games, arcade pin ball shuffle board and a full bar, and a hot tub overlooking the entire mountain!! The bedrooms were cozy and very clean, the kitchen is huge and perfect for entertaining with everything you need to use to cook and clean! All and all the entire house felt like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed our stay more and more each day which made it so hard to leave, we will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!

The most relaxing!

Got to the home and was able to check in early! The place was spotless and absolutely incredible. Completely furnished unlike any other place I’ve stayed on vacation. Kitchen has everything you need. Showers are fitted with steam and the hot tub was perfect, morning and night. So much storage for bulky clothing in both the mud room and the back entry to the hot tub. House is designed perfectly so each couple has their own full bath and privacy. Only minutes from downtown in a very nice/quiet neighborhood. Thank you to all involved for the awesome experience.
