Snow-capped mountain peaks and the wide Blue River valley seem to unfold before you at this beautiful, light-filled home in the outskirts of Breckenridge. Skier or golfer, adventurer or relaxation-seeker, this elegant mountain home showcases the wonder of Breckenridge at every turn.
This four-story home sits three miles north of downtown Breckenridge, which is home to an array of wonderful restaurants, breweries, and shops. It's also where you'll meet up with the BreckConnect Gondola, connecting you to the 187 trails of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Come summertime, the house is especially convenient to Breckenridge Golf Club (less than two miles) and the shores of Dillon Reservoir to the north (less than six miles).
The lofty living space is up on the top floor, where walls of glass bring in gorgeous views of the mountains, valley, and treetops. The great room was designed for relaxing in luxe comfort, whether you're streaming movies by the gas fireplace or playing cards at one of the two dining tables. The kitchen is appointed for any home chef, offering double ovens and an island of waterfall marble. It opens to a gas grill and an outdoor dining space on the wraparound deck - one of the home's four levels of deck space.
In the evenings, retreat downstairs to the game room to play shuffleboard and stream movies in the warmth of a second gas fireplace. There are two bedrooms on this level and three more on the floor above, including a primary suite with another fireplace, a smart TV, and private balcony and bathroom access. The final sleeping space is in the top-floor loft, which is accessed by a spiral staircase in the living room.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
